Welcome to SEPRECON 2025 ("we," "our," "us"), organized by Farz Health and Education Trust. By accessing our website (www.seprecon.in) and registering for the event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Event Registration

• Registration is confirmed only upon full payment.
• All attendees must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at our discretion.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).
• Prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds will be processed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Event Access

• Registered attendees will receive a confirmation email with event details.
• Entry to the event requires a valid ticket or registration confirmation.
• We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone violating event rules or behaving inappropriately.

4. Intellectual Property

• All event content (speeches, presentations, materials) is the property of SEPRECON 2025 or its speakers.
• Recording, reproducing, or distributing event content without permission is prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct

• Attendees must respect speakers, staff, and other participants.
• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Violations may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the event.
• Attendees participate at their own risk.

7. Changes to Event

• We may modify the event schedule, speakers, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Registered attendees will be notified of significant changes.

8. Governing Law
