Cancellation & Refund Policy

Welcome to SEPRECON 2025 ("we," "our," "us") organized by Farz Health and Education Trust. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for event registrations. By registering, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Cancellation by Attendee

Refund Policy:

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations initiated by the attendee, regardless of the time of cancellation.

Process:

• No refunds will be processed for attendee-initiated cancellations.

2. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If SEPRECON 2025 is canceled by the organizers:

• Registered attendees will receive a full refund within 30 business days.
• The organizers are not liable for additional costs (e.g., travel, accommodation).

3. No-Shows

Attendees who do not attend will not receive a refund.

4. Ticket Transfers

You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at least 30 days before the event.

5. Force Majeure

For unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), refunds or credits will be evaluated case-by-case.
